David Alan Grier
Associate Professor of International Science and Technology Policy and International Affairs

David Alan Grier is the former editor-in-chief of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Annals of the History of Computing, a writer of a monthly column for IEEE Computer, and the author of two books on computing. He teaches the International Science & Technology Policy Program at George Washington University.
