This week researchers and volunteers will gather in London, UK, to lunch, laugh and launch the future of science, at the Citizen Cyberscience Summit.
The leading figures in citizen science will set the scene on the first day, the 16th of February, and explore the process of public engagement and participation. On the second day, experts will discuss the hardware and software that powers citizen cyberscience, and there will also be two 'hackday' streams running until Saturday evening to develop hardware and software prototypes, demos and mock-ups.
The e-Science Talk project has put together a team of expert and journalist bloggers who’re posting live news from the event, so you won’t miss out. Go to the GridCast blog to follow the action.
