While many of our readers were focusing on preparing for SuperComputing 2010, the World Community Grid celebrated its sixth birthday.
Over the last year, the World Community Grid has continued to grow in size, contributing 110,000 years of donated computer run time towards a variety of research projects such as "Help Conquer Cancer" and "Human Proteome Folding - Phase 2." They also launched three new research projects.
